Cooking, Cocktails & Wine Tasting in Quebec!
Be whisked away from the enchanting Fairmont Le Château Frontenac the first day of the conference for an afternoon that will tickle the senses and tantalize the mind.
Companions will participate in an interactive cooking, cocktail and wine tasting session that will have you cooking and drinking like a true Quebecois.
You’ll create savoury and sweet tapas, taste delicious wine paired with local varieties of cheese and learn how to assemble the perfect cocktail. Whether you’re at the bar or in the kitchen, the professional and passionate chefs, mixologists and sommeliers at Ateliers & Saveurs will make sure you have a festive and unforgettable experience.
Participants will gather together following class to enjoy each other’s company and the fruits of your labour. You’ll be welcomed into their cozy space in Quebec City and leave with new friends, knowledge and tips to take into your next dinner party or family feast.
Itinerary: Thursday, June 22
11:45pm – 12:30pm – Light lunch at the hotel
12:30pm – 12:45pm – Board shuttle
12:45pm – 1:15pm – Travel from hotel to venue
1:15pm – Arrive at Ateliers & Saveurs
1:30pm – 5:00pm – Cooking, Cocktails & Wine Tasting!
5:00pm – 5:15pm – Board shuttle
5:45pm – Arrive at Fairmont Château Frontenac
