I want to attend the Conference. How do I register?

Visit www.mushroomconference.org and click Registration. On the registration page, navigate to “Registration Type,” choose the appropriate registration and continue entering your information. Continue to the Payment page. If paying via credit card, standard rates will apply. Cheque, wire transfer or e-transfer payments are also accepted. Registration is not complete until payment is received.

What is included in the registration fee?

The registration fee includes access to all business sessions, scheduled meals, admission to trade show expo hall, welcome reception and closing reception.

Can I pay for my registration with a credit card?

Yes. Please note that there will be a xxx% fee for credit card transactions.

Can I pay for my registration with a cheque?

Yes. Register for the Conference, and click Offline Payment. Mail cheques to: Mushrooms Canada, Attn: NAMC, P.O. Box 100, 60 Elora St S, Harriston, Ontario, Canada, N0G 1Z0. Your confirmation includes directions on payment details. Payment is expected within 10 business days.

I have a question about the registration process. Who can I contact?

What’s the best way to get from the airport to the hotel?

All flights for conference attendees should arrive at the Montréal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL). Click on the links below for information on taxis, limousines, car rental service, public transit and transportation services for people with motor disability.

I’m driving to the hotel. Is there parking?

Le Centre Sheraton does have on-site parking. On-site parking, fee: 35.00 CAD daily. Off-site parking, fee: 6.00 CAD hourly, 18.00 CAD daily. Garage height is 6 ft.

I want to rent a car for a day trip while I’m in Montréal. Where can I do that?

Where can I find the agenda?

The agenda will be updated frequently as the business program evolves. Please view the agenda on the “Business Program” page of this website.

How will my dietary restrictions be addressed?

Contact the Conference Planning Team at NAMC@mushrooms.ca to discuss your dietary needs.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email? Who do I contact?

Who do I notify if I need to cancel my registration? Can I receive a refund?

Contact the Conference at NAMC@mushrooms.ca. Cancellations for paid registrations received in writing through until March 31, 2026 are refundable, less a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made or received after March 31, 2026. If you do not cancel by March 31, 2026, and do not attend the event, you are still responsible for payment. All registrations made after March 31, 2026 are not eligible for a refund. Substitutions will not be granted. All cancellation requests should be sent to NAMC@mushrooms.ca. Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel reservations.
